  – A complete functional test of all indoor and outdoor components. This includes verifying the system’s heating and cooling modes, testing remote or wall thermostat commands, and confirming all indoor heads are communicating correctly with their respective condenser. Our technician also listens for abnormal noises and ensures smooth fan operation at each head.

  – All filters are either thoroughly cleaned (if reusable) or replaced with premium-grade filters provided by Diamond HVAC. High-efficiency filters help maintain superior indoor air quality, protect components from debris, and extend system life.

 ✔ Refrigerant Pressure Check

  – Using calibrated gauges, we check refrigerant pressure levels at each condenser to ensure the systems are properly charged. Low or high pressures can indicate potential leaks, inefficiencies, or compressor strain. This check promotes long-term system performance and energy efficiency.
