✔ Full System Operation Inspection

  – A complete functional test of all indoor and outdoor components. This includes verifying the system’s heating and cooling modes, testing remote or wall thermostat commands, and confirming all indoor heads are communicating correctly with the condenser. Our technician also listens for abnormal noises and ensures smooth fan operation at each head.

 ✔ Filter Cleaning or Replacement

  – We remove and clean the filters in each indoor unit. If the filters are reusable, they are washed and dried. If they are standard replaceable filters, we install new ones (provided by technician). This service improves indoor air quality, protects coils, and supports efficient system airflow.

 ✔ Refrigerant Pressure Check

  – Using calibrated gauges, we check refrigerant pressure levels at the condenser to ensure the system is charged properly. Low or high pressures can indicate potential leaks, inefficiencies, or compressor strain. This check promotes long-term system performance and energy efficiency.

 ✔ Blower Motor Function Test (Indoor Heads)

  – Each indoor blower fan is tested for proper airflow, speed calibration, and vibration levels. The technician monitors for mechanical strain, buildup, or imbalance, which can lead to premature wear or weak airflow across zones.

 ✔ Basic Electrical & Safety Check

  – All accessible electrical components are visually inspected for loose wires, burnt connectors, or corrosion. Disconnects, terminal blocks, and zone control wiring are checked. Safety features, such as overload protection and fuse integrity, are verified to ensure stable and secure operation.

 ✔ Thermostat & Remote Function Test

  – Each indoor unit’s thermostat or remote control is tested for proper signal transmission, battery strength, and responsiveness. This helps identify early signs of sensor lag or communication issues between controls and units.

 ✔ Condensate Line Visual Check

  – Each indoor head’s drain line is inspected for visible blockage, mold buildup, or improper pitch. Clear drainage prevents water backup, overflow, and mildew growth inside the home.
